About Gabriela Uweis
Founder, Creative Producer
Gabriela Uweis began her journey in the film industry in 2009, initially trained in SPFX & Make-Up Artistry, where she developed an early fascination with character and visual transformation. Her curiosity soon expanded to a broader vision of storytelling—leading her into production, where she found her true passion: creating entire cinematic experiences from the ground up.
With over 15 years of experience in fiction, TV, and commercial production, Gabriela has worked as a producer, line producer, and production manager on a range of national and international projects.
In 2009, she founded El Cine Production, a company that had produced over 50 film and media projects by 2023. That same year, she established U Got Film to bring her own creative vision and leadership into sharper focus. As a creative producer, Gabriela blends artistic ambition with strategic execution, ensuring that stories are not only told but deeply felt.
